- 2 medium potatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- pepper

- Wash the potatoes well; leave unpeeled. Cut in half cross wise, then cut into wedges not more than 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick.
- Combine the potatoes and the rest of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
- After all the ingredients are mixed together, put it in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
