  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil per batch
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar per batch
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  1. Thoroughly wash the Brussels sprouts. Trim and cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the Brussels sprouts. Then, add salt and pepper on top.
  3. Put them in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
  4. After it is done, take it out and put parmesan cheese all over it.
