Balsamic Vinegar Infused with Berries

NOTE: This is used as a prep for a vinegarette. It is usually infused for a month.

  • 2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  1. Pour the balsamic vinegar into a mason jar or any jar you have.
  2. Add in the sugar and the dried blueberries.
  3. Let it sit for a month.
