  • 20 cherries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  1. Take out the stems and scoop out all the seeds from the cherries.
  2. Put all the cherries in the blender container.
  3. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey in.
  4. Puree the cherries, lemon, and maple syrup. Make sure the mixture isn't too thin and spreads or else it wont bake well.
  5. Place the mixture on a baking sheet layered w parchment paper or a baking silicone mat.
  6. Put it in the oven for 4 hours or until it isn't sticky.
