Dried Apricot Jam

  • 3.5 cups dried apricot
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1.5 cups water
  1. Cut each apricot into 6 slices.
  2. Place the apricots into a bowl with the water, orange juice, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the mixture into a medium sauce pan over medium heat. 
  4. Stir in the brown sugar.
  5. When the mixture begins to bubble, remove from heat and transfer to a jar.
  6. Refrigerate and enjoy!
