Grilled Cheese Sandwich

 INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place the 2 slices of bread flat on the plate.
  2. Put an equal amount of cheese on each slice of a bread.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each slice of bread.
  4. Put one slice of bread on top of the other.
  5. Brush one side of the sandwich with olive oil and put that side face down on the pan for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  6. As that is cooking, start to brush the other side of the sandwich with olive oil.
  7. Flip the sandwich over and let it sit on the pan for 3 minutes on medium heat.
