- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together butter, 2 cups flour, and 1/2 cup sugar. Once mixed, press into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.

Bake for 15-20 mins or until firm and golden.

In another bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 sugar and 1/4 flour. Add in lemons and eggs. Continue whisking.

Pour mixture over the baked crust.

Bake another 20 mins in preheated oven.
