16 oz/475 ml freshly brewed coffee
1 teaspoon – Tablespoon MCT oil
5 drops or 1 packet stevia/non-glycemic sweetener of your choice
Optional: 2 Tablespoons collagen hydrolysate – 11 grams of protein and a great addition for women who are practicing Intermittent Fasting or anybody looking for gut-healing properties
Optional: 1 – 2 Tablespoons of grassfed butter – an extra 11g of fat for longer-lasting satiety and a wonderful source of trace minerals
Optional: 1 raw, cage-free organic egg – 7g protein, 5g fat, and SO MANY AMAZING NUTRIENTS – but yes, it will make your coffee taste a little eggy, but super creamy and frothy
Pour your coffee into a blender.
Add the MCT oil, sweetener of your choice, and any of the optional ingredients.
Place the lid on the top and blend at high speed until it looks creamy.
