¾ c walnuts
¼ c olive oil
1 ½ Tablespoons pomegranate molasses/yacon syrup for a low-carb version
Combine all ingredients except ½ of the green onions, salt, and pepper in a blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt & pepper and stir in remaining chopped onions for texture. Use immediately or transfer to small lidded container. Keeps for 1 week in the refrigerator.
