  • ¾ c walnuts
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons pomegranate molasses/yacon syrup for a low-carb version
  • 1 teaspoon plain paprika
    Pinch cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 3 green onions, chopped and divided
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients except ½ of the green onions, salt, and pepper in a blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt & pepper and stir in remaining chopped onions for texture. Use immediately or transfer to small lidded container. Keeps for 1 week in the refrigerator.
