Olive Oil and Balsamic Bread Dip

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Get a small bowl and pour the cup of extra-virgin olive oil in.

  2. Pour the 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar on top.

  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of pesto and place it in and mix it around so it spreads around.

  4. Add some salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve with bread such as French rolls, sourdough, or ciabatta.
