- 1 1/2 cups (about 3-5) pluots, halved, pitted, and chopped
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp rosemary, finely minced
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped

Place all ingredients, excluding the chives, in a small saucepan and bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Let simmer for about 20 mins while occasionally stirring.

Let cool and add chives.
