Pluot Jam

 INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
  • 1 1/2 cups (about 3-5) pluots, halved, pitted, and chopped
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary, finely minced
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  1. Place all ingredients, excluding the chives, in a small saucepan and bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring.

  2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Let simmer for about 20 mins while occasionally stirring.

  3. Let cool and add chives.
