Pluot Sorbet

NOTE: Recipe requires a food processor/blender and an ice cream maker.

 INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
  • 3 cups pluots, sliced (about 4-5 pluots, pitted)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Juice of half of a lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée until very smooth. Drain pluot purée through a strainer to discard any leftover skin.

  2. Place pluot purée in ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
