- 2 broccoli crowns, cut into florets
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
|
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Spread them out then roast them in the oven (do not move them).
- Cook until the edges are crispy and the stems are tender (about 30 minutes).
- Remove from baking sheet and transfer to a large bowl.
- Squeeze in some lemon juice to finish it off!
