Roasted Broccoli Florets

  • 2 broccoli crowns, cut into florets
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Spread them out then roast them in the oven (do not move them).
  3. Cook until the edges are crispy and the stems are tender (about 30 minutes).
  4. Remove from baking sheet and transfer to a large bowl.
  5. Squeeze in some lemon juice to finish it off!
