  • 2 tbsp white onion, finely diced
  • 8 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 serrano chiles, finely diced (with seeds)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  1. Rinse the onions with hot water.
  2. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
