INGREDIENTS

- 1 pound of spinach
- 8 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of table salt
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp of Korean pepper flakes or regular red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Sesame seed, for garnish

- Scald spinach in water.
- Rinse in cold water and drain
- Squeeze out spinach to remove water
- Lay spinach flat in a casserole dish
- Drizzle the rest of the ingredients evenly
- Toss until spinach and all ingredients are incorporated
- Garnish with sesame seed before serving.
