Slow Cooked Asian Inspired Pork Shoulder

  • 3 lb boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp five spice powder
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce, gluten free or regular
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  1. Add all ingredients to crockpot and stir.  Turn to low for 6-8 hours.  Shred pork with a fork.  Serve with rice and Asian Cucumber Salad.  Add sea salt to taste.  Happy Eating!  Beckie
