Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles with Strawberry Bits

 INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 9 strawberries
• 1/4 cup and 1/2 tbsp sugar
• 1 and 3/4 cups water
• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1. Put 3 strawberries in the blender with a 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.
2. Take a 1/4 cup water and pour over the sugar and strawberries.
3. Blend until strawberry chunks transform into juice.
4. Combine strawberry juice that was just blended, 1 and 1/2 cups of water, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup lemon juice in a large pitcher; stir until blended.
5. Chop up 1 strawberry for each popsicle mold and place it at the bottom of each.
6. Fill up each popsicle mold with the lemonade just made and place the sticks in.
7. Put it in the freezer for about 6-8 hours.
