Stuffed Peppers

  • 1/2 cup shrimp meat, chopped fine
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 8 medium-sized peppers (green or red)
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic
  1. Roast peppers then peel and remove the seeds.
  2. Sauté garlic and when brown, add onion, tomato, shrimp, and ground meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stuff the pepper with the mixture.
  4. Roll pepper in the beaten eggs.
  5. Fry in hot fat and serve hot.
