Traditional Fried Rice

  • 2 eggs, stirred
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 cups rice
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  1. Heat the pan to medium heat and pour ½ tablespoon of oil. Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble it using a wooden spoon. Take off the heat and set aside.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan and stir-fry the garlic, and onion until cooked. Place the rice into the pan and mix with the onion and garlic. 
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce onto the rice and mix well, then pour 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and mix until well combined. 
  4. Turn off the heat and mix the eggs into the rice and garnish with the green onion.
