- 2 eggs, stirred
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 cups rice
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Heat the pan to medium heat and pour ½ tablespoon of oil. Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble it using a wooden spoon. Take off the heat and set aside.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan and stir-fry the garlic, and onion until cooked. Place the rice into the pan and mix with the onion and garlic.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce onto the rice and mix well, then pour 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and mix until well combined.
- Turn off the heat and mix the eggs into the rice and garnish with the green onion.
